Xda-Developers | Samsung Galaxy S10 leaks again with a Blockchain KeyStore for cryptocurrency wallets
We are getting closer to the launch date of the Samsung Galaxy S10 series of smartphones. Samsung confirmed last month that they will announce the Galaxy S10 on February 20 at their annual Samsung Unpacked event. We know a lot about the devices at this point, but there's still more for us to learn. Recently, Twitter user Gregory Blake posted some photos of Galaxy S10, which again showcases its single punch hole camera. However, this leak also shows us something new: the Samsung Blockchain KeyStore app. This app will supposedly help you securely store your cryptocurrency wallets.
The Samsung Galaxy S10 will not be the first smartphone to feature a display hole for the front-facing camera. The Samsung Galaxy A8s was released last month with a hole in its LCD. More recently, Honor unveiled the Honor View20 which has a hole on the top left of the display. HTC's Exodus 1 may be the first smartphone from a major device maker with built-in cryptocurrency support, but Samsung joining the fray is far more significant since the company will undoubtedly sell millions of their upcoming Galaxy S10 devices. The Samsung Blockchain KeyStore will let users be able to set the private key and most likely let users authenticate via biometric options such as the in-display fingerprint scanner (which is pretty much confirmed), PIN, password, etc. This leak corroborates SamMobile's report from last month. Both SamMobile's report and the leaked images confirm that users will be able to import their already existing cryptocurrency wallets or create new ones if they want to.

There isn't really much more to say about this leak since the design has all but been confirmed. There is bound to be a lot more software goodies for us to uncover, though, as Samsung is known to pack their latest hardware with a ton of new software features.
